Tokens: {name} original name · {n} number ({n:3} zero-padded) · {w} {h} pixels · {date} photo date · the extension is added for you. Example:
Camera details, the date taken and location data are kept when the new format can hold them (JPG, PNG, WebP), exactly as the original had them. Want to see or remove it? Remove EXIF and metadata shows everything a photo carries and strips it losslessly.

About convert image to jpg
What this page does differently
- Mixed batches: every file's real type is read from its bytes, and mismatched extensions are pointed out and handled correctly.
- One size limit for the whole batch: each file is individually fitted under it at the best quality that fits.
- Files that are already JPG are copied byte for byte and renamed if needed, never re-encoded without reason.
Which formats can it read?
JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, BMP, ICO and SVG in every browser; HEIC in Safari. TIFF, PSD and camera RAW are recognised and named but not converted yet.
Why JPG?
It is the format every app, site, form and printer accepts, and photos compress well. It has no transparency and is lossy, so for logos and screenshots consider PNG or WebP.
Are camera details kept?
Yes: date taken, camera and location move into the JPG's EXIF when the source had them.
Limits and privacy
No caps of ours: no file-size limit, no daily count, no account, no watermark, no queue. The only limit is what your device can draw; the line under "Before converting" states it. Files never leave your device: this page makes no network request with your images and keeps working offline once loaded. It reads JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, BMP, ICO and SVG in every browser; HEIC in Safari on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Outputs are JPG, PNG, WebP and multi-size ICO. Free for personal and commercial use; convert only images you own or may modify.
